Providing council tax documents
To help us deal with your request as quickly as possible, please send your documents to us online.
You can send them in 1 of 2 ways:
- sign in or register for My Account and fill in the online enquiry form
- email your documents to revenuesscanning@ealing.gov.uk adding your enquiry and your reference number in the subject line. Also include your full name and address.
We will accept clear photographs of documents taken on a smart phone. Please do not send paper copies by post.
Council tax reduction (also known as council tax support)
If you have a question about how much council tax reduction you got based on your income, please contact the benefits department or view further advice.
You can also use this form to upload evidence to the benefits department regarding your claim.
Council tax emails
Any emails about your council tax account will come from noreply@necsws.com. This is a genuine email address. Please add this address to your safe senders list, so that you do not miss anything important.
