Paying your instalments on time

Your monthly payments should reach us by the first day of each month unless you are paying by direct debit and have chosen a different payment date. You will be sent a remainder if your payment is late. If you do not pay within seven days of receiving a reminder, or if you pay late more than twice in the year, you will lose your right to pay by instalments and you will need to pay the whole year's balance. If you are having problems making a payment on time, please contact us.
