Providing council tax documents
Many of our staff are now working remotely. Please help us to process your request as quickly as possible during this time by providing your documents electronically.
Register or sign in to My Account and complete the online enquiry form.
Alternatively please email your documents to firstname.lastname@example.org clearly stating your enquiry and your reference number in the subject line. Please ensure all emails include your full name and address. we will accept clear photographs of documents taken on a smart phone. Please do not send hard copies of documents through the post.
Council tax reduction (also known as council tax support)
If you have a query with the amount of council tax reduction awarded to you following your claim on the basis of your income, you must contact the benefits department or view further advice.
You can also use this form to upload evidence to the benefits department regarding your claim.

You will receive emails about your council tax account from no-replyLOCALTAX@necsws.com. This is a genuine email address. Please add this address to your safe senders list, so that you do not miss important communications about your account.
