The building control process ensures that building work is carried out in compliance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation.

Notice of changes to inspection schedule

From 1 February 2026, we will be updating our site inspection schedule.

Inspections will now be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9:00am to 4:00pm.

If you require an inspection on one of these days, please book as early as possible to secure availability.
