Controllable building work will require inspection by a council surveyor as it progresses to check for compliance with building regulations.
How to request a site inspection
You can request an inspection online. You will need a postcode to book an inspection online. Please note the following when booking:
- next day inspections must be requested before 3.30pm
- morning inspections will take place between 9am and 1pm
- afternoon inspections will take place between 12noon and 4pm
