Without planning permission or consent:

  • building works, such as extensions, outbuildings, new shop fronts or the height of walls
  • a change in the way a property is used
  • a breach of conditions and deviations from planning permission/s already granted
  • listed buildings
  • satellite dishes 
  • protected trees
  • demolition in conservation areas
  • advertisements

Other matters

Please note that we have no control over certain matters such as, encroachment, party wall issues, trespass or damage to your property, unsafe building work practices at construction sites, boundary disputes.
