  • help homeowners get involved (join the Ealing Council Leaseholders Association to learn more)
  • keep you updated on our performance
  • adapt our services to meet your needs where possible
  • consult with you on:
    • building repairs costing over £250 per property
    • long -term contracts (over 12 months) costing more than £100 per property
    • major works (including on-site meetings)
    • service charges
    • annual accounts
    • estate services
    • regeneration projects
