Blocked email notification
In some instances emails being sent to Ealing Council are blocked by our ICT security systems. This is because the email is not complying with obligatory security standards. In common with all other councils, we have been instructed to follow the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) guidance for the encryption of emails. Therefore, we need to implement increased security measures to prevent potential cyber threats from incoming emails.
If you encounter any difficulties sending Ealing Council an email, or if you receive a notification that your email has failed to be delivered, we suggest that you review the NCSC guidance about email security or contact your email service provider.
