Please note that Ealing Council publish viability statements and information submitted as part of a planning application, without redaction. It is expected that planning agents submit this information in a format suitable for immediate publication, as part of the initial validation process.

The fee we charge is set by the government and depends on the scale and nature of the proposed development.
