Validation
We aim to validate your application within 5-10 working days.
If the documentation and fees are correct, you will receive an acknowledgement letter and your application will be assigned to a planning officer.
Invalid applications
If the application is deemed invalid, you will receive a letter outlining the reason(s) why it has been made invalid.
If the application is deemed invalid due to an omission which can be addressed rapidly, a validation officer will contact you and advise you on how to make your application valid.
If we do not hear from you after 28 days, your application will be returned and an administration fee of £45 will be charged.

You will be able to track the progress of your application online.
