Ealing Council is leading an exciting investment and regeneration programme to transform many of its homes, estates, town centres and neighbourhoods.
We want to provide residents with the best possible homes and housing services that will match the standards that they have told us they want.
At the same time we are challenging the way we deliver housing services to our tenants and leaseholders to make sure that they match the best in the market.
Our plans are ambitious and seek to transform parts of the borough that need significant investment, care and attention as well as boost the economic, social prosperity and quality of life for our residents.
Equality, diversity and inclusion action plan
This section sets out Ealing Local Planning Authorities Equality, Diversity and Inclusion action plan as required by the GLA’s ‘Homes for Londoners’ Funding Guidelines (Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26).
The plan fulfils our requirements to:
- Meet 5 minimum equality, diversity, and inclusion standards (please note we are still working on publishing our demographic pay gap data; this will be on our website early next year, therefore we have only met 4 of the 5 minimum requirements).
- Producing and publishing an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan on behalf of the organisation.
