Caretaking services

The Estate Services Service Standard sets out what you can expect from our housing services in relation to response times and the standard of service you should receive.

Our estate services team look after our housing estates, keeping them clean and well-maintained. The team includes:

• caretakers
• mobile cleaners
• specialist cleaners (window cleaning, jet washing, carpet cleaning)
• drivers (fly-tip clearances)

Senior caretakers have been trained by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) and train their staff regularly.
