The best times to contact us

Help us to provide a fast and efficient service to you by avoiding contacting us at our busiest times.

Face to face

We have trained staff in our four Community Hubs who are there to offer support and advice. If you do not have the internet at home, you can also pop into your local hub to get online for free.

Location and opening times of the Community Hubs

Ealing Central Library is the busiest hub and you may find you have to wait in a queue. The Community Hubs based in Acton, Southall and Northolt are much quieter. Customers can access the same level of service at all hubs so please visit the one closest to your home.

Generally Mondays and Tuesdays are our busiest days and so is the period between 12noon to 2pm.

Telephones

  • The telephones in our contact centre are usually busy between 11am and 3pm. To avoid longer waiting times, try to call us outside these hours.
  • Wednesday is also the quietest day in the contact centre.
