Managing your tenancy – looking after and making changes to your home
Your tenancy agreement sets out the terms which you must follow, please read your tenancy agreement to see the full version of these terms. They include the following:
- You must keep your home clean, in a good state of decoration and with any damage repaired
- You need our permission to make changes to the property or anything in it which belongs to Broadway Living. This includes laminate flooring and satellite dishes
- You must maintain your garden and get our permission before planting any trees
- You must maintain garden structures e.g. sheds and get permission to erect new ones
- You must allow us access to inspect your home and to carry out maintenance.
