Ealing has a range of indoor sports facilities including swimming pools, gyms and dance studios. It also has many outdoor sports grounds, providing sports facilities for people who wish to play winter and summer team sports, as well as a vast number of parks and open spaces, many of which have free to use outdoor gym equipment or distance marker routes for people to use.
The Active Ealing sports development team deliver a wide range of sport and physical activity projects, with a specific focus on encouraging more young people, older adults and people with disabilities to become and stay more active. The team works in partnership with community sports clubs based in Ealing and national governing bodies of sport.

Disability tennis open day
Ealing Lawn Tennis Club is holding a disability tennis open day for juniors and adults with disabilities and additional needs on 1 February. The event is indoors and it's free to take part.
