Recovery Intervention Services Ealing (RISE)

Support available from RISE

RISE supports people at all stages of drug and alcohol use, from those who are starting to experience problems through to people living with long-term dependence.

The service offers:

  • advice and information
  • one-to-one support
  • recovery planning
  • relapse prevention support
  • clinical assessments and treatment
  • prescribing support, including opiate substitute treatment
  • blood-borne virus testing and vaccinations
  • needle and syringe programmes
  • naloxone to help prevent overdose deaths
  • peer support and recovery activities
  • employment and training support
  • support for women, rough sleepers and people with complex needs

RISE also works closely with: 

  • mental health services
  • homelessness services
  • GP practices and pharmacies
  • hospitals
  • probation services
  • prisons
  • community organisations

The aim is not only to reduce drug and alcohol use. RISE also helps people improve their health, wellbeing, relationships, housing and employment.
