You may ask the mobility team to review the decision if you feel that:
- Since applying, your mobility problems have become more serious; or
- All the relevant facts were not taken into consideration at the time of assessment.
You will need to provide additional information, including reports from a health professional (eg. hospital consultant or physiotherapist).
To request a review of the decision please complete a blue badge appeal form and send to the mobility team along with any additional supporting information.
