Confiscated badges
If your badge is confiscated due to misuse (someone else is found to be using your blue badge without you present) you will need to complete the confiscated blue badge form and send it to:

To avoid delays, include the following in your email:
- subject line: your National Insurance number
- full name
- full address
You will need to pay a fee of £10 for a replacement badge.
You will be contacted to make this payment once we get your form and our investigation has been completed.
Your badge will be sent to you once payment has been taken.
This can take up to 7 working days.
