Service update due to COVID-19

We are sorry if you have tried contacting the business waste team telephone number but have been unsuccessful.  We are currently experiencing technical difficulties which is preventing the team from receiving incoming calls.

Engineers are working on the problem and we hope to resume service very soon. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

You can still place your order by sending an email to our mailbox Please provide the following information:

  • business name, registered business address, contact name and number
  • delivery address if different from registered business address
  • the number of rolls of general waste sacks and/or number of batches of labels.

You can also call customer services on 020 8825 6000 who can take your order details and pass them through to the  business waste team for processing.  Please note they will be unable to deal with any queries you have in relation to your business waste account. 

If you are reporting a missed collection please call 020 8825 6000 by no later than 1pm the day after your missed collection day.

We want to make sure that local businesses have the best possible waste and recycling services available. Services which are reliable, fairly priced, which keep our streets clean and tidy.

Waste transfer

If you have been contacted by letter and asked to complete a waste transfer note please use the waste transfer template to make sure your waste transfer note is filled in correctly and send it by post to “Business Waste, Environment and Street Services, Perceval House, 14/16 Uxbridge Road, W5 2HL” keeping a copy for your records.

If you have not received a letter requesting you fill this in please contact us on 020 3848 1044 to confirm you are eligible for a waste transfer note from Ealing Council.
