You can still place your order by sending an email to our mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide the following information:
business name, registered business address, contact name and number
delivery address if different from registered business address
the number of rolls of general waste sacks and/or number of batches of labels.
You can also call customer services on 020 8825 6000 who can take your order details and pass them through to the business waste team for processing. Please note they will be unable to deal with any queries you have in relation to your business waste account.
If you are reporting a missed collection please call 020 8825 6000 by no later than 1pm the day after your missed collection day.

If you have been contacted by letter and asked to complete a waste transfer note please use the waste transfer template to make sure your waste transfer note is filled in correctly and send it by post to “Business Waste, Environment and Street Services, Perceval House, 14/16 Uxbridge Road, W5 2HL” keeping a copy for your records.
If you have not received a letter requesting you fill this in please contact us on 020 3848 1044 to confirm you are eligible for a waste transfer note from Ealing Council.
