The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF), funded by the UK Government, is there to help residents who are facing a financial crisis. It replaces the Household Support Fund, which ended on 31 March 2026. It is not a like-for-like replacement as the Crisis and Resilience Fund is specifically focused on crisis support and prevention.
The aim is to both help residents facing a financial crisis but also provide personalised, timely and holistic support, tailored to individual’s circumstances that will prevent residents from facing a future crisis.
