HomeSwapper is the UK's largest community of social housing tenants looking to swap homes and replaces the former Mutual Exchange Scheme. You can use HomeSwapper to move locally or anywhere in the UK. A swap is particularly good for those residents that have not been awarded a high priority banding and is usually a quicker way of moving than waiting for a transfer.
Once you are registered and have found a suitable partner who is willing to exchange with you, you should complete the application for mutual exchange form.
