Green Man Lane

Green Man Lane estate is located in West Ealing. The estate was built in the 1970s and consists of seven, eight-storey blocks and a number of four-storey maisonette blocks and a small number of three-storey town houses.

Green Man Lane needs a lot of work to address the improvements needed to bring it up to the government's Decent Homes standard.

The estate suffers from:

• anti-social behaviour
• derelict garages
• drug dealing and crime
• too many one-bedroom properties and a lack of four-bedroom properties

Following a developer selection process, the council selected a preferred partnership with A2Dominion and Rydon Construction. The developers are now working with residents to develop regeneration proposals.
