School Streets is a scheme where the streets outside a school are closed to traffic at school opening and closing times. Vehicles will not be able to enter the scheme between these times unless they have been given a dispensation. Non-registered vehicles will get a penalty charge notice.
Please fill in this form to request a dispensation for a School Street. You will need to complete and submit a form for each household.

We need a copy of proof of residency, for example utility bill dated within the last three months, latest council tax bill, and a copy of proof of vehicle registration to that property eg. V5.
Blue badge holders must provide a colour copy of both sides of the badge so that it can be verified.
Dispensation requests without evidence will not be considered.
What happens next
Please allow at least five working days for your request to be reviewed and to get confirmation of dispensation, otherwise you may still receive a penalty notice.
