Defects

Where your home has been recently built and the repair is the responsibility of the company that built your home we will refer the repair to them.  They will get in touch with you to carry out the repair. 

Each company works in a slightly different way and we cannot guarantee response times.  However, if you are experiencing delays or other issues, please contact us and we will put you in touch with someone who can help progress things for you.

Repairs

Our response times are based on the urgency of the repair.  Where we have a lot of urgent repairs, routine repairs may take longer.  It is important that we keep our residents safe.

You will be given an appointment when you speak to someone about your repair.  If the appointment is not kept, please contact us immediately to re-arrange. 

We will try our best to complete your repair on a single day, however it is not always possible to do this.  In this instance we will arrange a follow up repair for you.

If your repair is delayed for a long time or the repair was not dealt with properly, please contact us and we will try and sort things out for you as soon as possible.  If we are unable to resolve things to your satisfaction you can use our complaints process.
