there will be a fee of £30,060.96 (£25,050.80 + VAT)
Major developments
Those involving:
- 10-99 residential units
- 1,000-9,999 square metres of floorspace
- a site of more than 0.5 hectares
there will be a fee of £15,030.42 (£12,525.35 + VAT)
Minor developments
Those involving:
- 1-9 residential units
- 0-999 square metres of floorspace
there will be a fee of £6,027.19 (£5022.66 + VAT)
In principle meeting
- introductory director / head of service level meeting
there will be a fee of £4,982.40 (£4,152.66 + VAT)
Annual season ticket
- bespoke service to be agreed involving multiple meetings a year on different sites
there will be a fee of £124,560 (£103,800 + VAT)
