Current status and next steps
Phase one is complete and has produced 71 new homes for social rent which have been occupied by tenants from Phase 1 and 2 of the old estate.
Decanting will start in August 2019 for tenants who want to move away from Phase 3 as will negotiations with leaseholders in Phase 3. Decanting is the process of moving tenants out of the accommodation to alternative accommodation.
