A council tax discount may be available to a council tax payer if the only other resident qualifies to be “disregarded” as a “ carer”.
From 5pm on Thursday to 8am on Monday you cannot apply for discretionary housing or Ukrainian payments. My Account council tax and benefits forms will be offline.
