Our estate services team look after our housing estates, keeping them clean and well-maintained. The team includes:

- specialist cleaners (window cleaning, jet washing, carpet cleaning)
- drivers (fly-tip clearances)
Senior caretakers have been trained by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) and train their staff regularly.
