Old Oak Roundabout carriageway works on Sundays

Some of the roundabout’s approaches will be closed to all traffic, except buses.

To keep some traffic moving, the resurfacing work will take place in two phases. Vehicles will be diverted through Old Oak Common Lane or via A4000 on both days.

On 30 June buses and vehicles will only be able to access the Victoria Road to Atlas Road section of the roundabout (with buses approaching from A40). This will be managed by temporary traffic lights or manual traffic control. All other local traffic will be on diversion either through Old Oak Common Lane or A4000.

On 7 July buses and vehicles will have access via Old Oak Lane to Atlas Road (with buses approach from Willesden Junction Station direction). This will be managed by temporary traffic lights or manual traffic control. All other local traffic will be on diversion either through Old Oak Common Lane or A4000.

Disruption is expected and road users are strongly advised use alternative routes or avoid travelling through the area where possible.

The resurfacing works are part of Ealing Council’s £28million investment into transport and active travel improvements and will make a difference to the experience of all road users of the roundabout.
