Anti-social behaviour

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable in their homes and neighbourhood.

We work hard to stop disruptive behaviour and make life better for our residents.

Antisocial behaviour is any action that makes you feel unsafe, or you feel may make others unsafe. This covers a wide range but can include:

  • drug problems (dealing, using, and drug items left behind)
  • taking advantage of vulnerable people
  • hate crime and bullying
  • verbal and physical attacks, death threats
  • taking over vulnerable people's homes for criminal activity
  • arguments between neighbours
  • problem vehicles
  • begging and homelessness
  • property damage and illegal occupancy
  • groups causing trouble
  • illegal sex work locations
  • unauthorized camping
  • public drinking
  • dangerous dogs

More information about antisocial behaviour can be found on our crime prevention pages.
