This consultation has ended.
Introduction
Our Council Plan sets out an ambitious vision and strategy for the borough for the next four years. The council is committed to involving residents and others in decisions that affect them and we began consultation on our draft Travel in Ealing Charter in August. This asked local people how the council could best inform and work with you on future transport projects. The consultation on this draft charter is now closed and incorporating the feedback, the final version of the charter will act as a blueprint for the council to work with you to deliver cleaner, greener active travel projects.
Your view
Now, we are planning our major transport proposals for the next two years and we want to hear from you. Complete this short survey and tell us what kind of schemes and improvements are most important to you to help shape priorities. The consultation will be open between 9 November and 4 December 2022.
What happens next
- The feedback submitted will then be reviewed to inform discussions with Transport for London (TfL) starting later in December around options and proposals for our draft transport programme
- In Spring 2023 a report will be presented to the council’s cabinet with a draft transport programme
- Subject to approval by cabinet, schemes will begin to be implemented following consultation and engagement with residents and others in line with the principles and commitments set out in the Travel in Ealing Charter.
