Use this form to change the vehicle details on your disabled bay permit.
Before you start
You can only change your vehicle if you have a valid disabled bay parking permit.
Cost
Changing your vehicle costs £10.
You will need
- Permit number
- Registration number, colour, make and model of vehicle
- Vehicle registration document (V5C), sometimes called a log book, or Motability lease agreement
- Credit or debit card
What happens next
Once you have updated your permit, you will get a confirmation in My Account, within 10 working days.
Please do not park in the bay until you have received confirmation.
Please note your permit is virtual (paperless) so you do not need to display a permit in the vehicle.
