Renew a disabled bay parking permit

If you have a disabled bay parking permit, you can renew it online.

Before you start

You must renew your permit before it runs out. If it has expired, you will need to apply for a new one. 

Renewing a disabled bay parking permit costs £35.

You will need

  • Permit number
  • Proof of address, dated within the last three months
  • Copy of blue badge (front and back)
  • Vehicle registration document (V5C), sometimes called a log book
  • Credit or debit card.

Uploading supporting documents

You will be asked to upload some documents; Proof of address, copy of blue badge, vehicle registration document (V5C).

  • Accepted file types: Word (docx), Acrobat (pdf), Excel (xlsx), Plain text (txt) 
  • Zip files cannot be uploaded 
  • We also accept photos taken on phones and tablets and the following image file types - jpeg, gif, png  
  • There is a maximum individual file size per document of 50MB. 

What happens next

You will get a renewal confirmation in My Account, within 10 working days.

Once you have received your renewal confirmation, the disabled bay permit will be posted out to you. Check My Account to find out when to expect the permit through the post.

Please do not park in the disabled bay until you have received your permit in the post.

This form should take approximately seven minutes to complete.
