Greenford is a suburban area located close to the A40 corridor that developed around a historical town centre to the south and an industrial area further north with key manufacturing and distribution businesses.
There is great potential for employment-led development and industrial intensification opportunities and improved connectivity in and around the town centre and public transport connections. Through use of its own assets, the council recognises there is great potential in Greenford by creating an additional 2,000 square metre floorspace and around 300 new jobs by 2025.
