Guidance on using Atamis

Applicant support

  • The FAQ will be published, alongside this Community Fund guidance information
  • At least one online applicant briefing session will take place approximately 2 weeks after the grant is launched
  • The briefing will not be recorded. Slides and anonymised questions and answers will be published afterwards
  • The FAQ will be updated and dated where material clarifications arise
  • Substantive clarification questions will close 5 working days before the application deadline
  • Live technical and accessibility support is available during council working hours until 5pm on the date of application deadline; submission routes remain open until 11:59pm
  • Applicants should try and submit their application in good time and not leave submission until the final hours

Advice or support provided does not guarantee your application will be funded.

Late applications will normally be rejected. Exceptions will only be considered where the council confirms that a technical or accessibility failure prevented submission by the deadline. Any exception, and the reason for it, will be recorded.
