Change of vehicle

If you have a valid resident's permit and change vehicle within the borough (eg you sold your car and bought a new one), you can log into your online account to change your vehicle details.

Once logged in, there will be an option to "view" your permit. Clicked on the option, you will see a tab to "edit personal details" - you will be able to update your vehicle information here.

Change of address

If you have a valid annual permit and are moving to a different address outside the borough, then please follow the last step of the process.

If you have a valid annual permit and are moving to a different address within the borough, you can log into your online account to amend your address details. Once logged in, select "edit personal details" to update your address. After you have changed the address on your account you will need to make a new application for your resident parking permit online.

Once you have paid for and submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email explaining how to provide supporting documents.
The documents will need to be e-mailed to parkingservices@ealing.gov.uk  within 28 days from the start date of your permit. Scanned documents or legible images taken with a smartphone camera are acceptable. Please make sure you take the full page of the document.

You will need to cancel the permit held at your previous address and request for a refund. To do so, please e-mail your request to parkingservices@ealing.gov.uk. In the email subject please state, “Permit cancellations and refund request” and quote the following information: your full name, new address, permit number from the previous address, vehicle registration number and a cancellation reason. Refunds will be made pro rata for each complete month remaining on the permit, minus an administration fee of £15.
