If you have moved out of the borough, no longer own the vehicle or no longer require the permit you can apply for the permit to be cancelled. You can cancel your permit by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and providing the details below:
- your full name
- your full address
- your permit number
- your vehicle registration
- the reason for cancellation
Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your permit via post, please write a letter containing the details above and send it to: Parking services, PO Box 46264, Ealing W5 2UN. Those with paper permits should enclose them in the letter.
A refund would be calculated depending on the number of months left valid on the permit. A £15 administration fee would then be deducted from this amount. If the refund is less than the administration fee, a refund would not be due.
If payment has been made by card, parking services will try to refund the payment card originally used. If this is not possible, a cheque refund will given.
Please note: Your refund would be calculated from the date parking services receive your notification for cancellation of the permit.
