What happens next

Applications take roughly four to eight weeks to process from the date all documents have been received. If your application is approved, the pass will be posted to your home address within ten working days.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will write to you to explain why.

Change of address

All changes of address should be sent with proof of address by post to London Councils, who manage the Freedom Pass database. Pass holders are advised to ring 0300 330 1433 (local call rate) or email info@freedompass.org. If we do not hold your correct address, residency checks may lead to your pass being cancelled.
