Sustainability Appraisal commentary reports
Commentary reports are produced at each stage in the evolution of a Local Development Document. They appraise the economic, social and environmental impacts of the plan against the SA Framework set out in the Scoping Report.

Habitats Regulations assessment reports
Habitats Regulations Assessment for the Sites, Management and Policies Map Development Plan Documents
Natural England agreed that the information used in the Assessment Screening for the Core Strategy would be acceptable for use in the Management, Sites and Policy Map Development Plan Documents, since these plans clarify and explain policies within the Core Strategy. The use of the previous Screening Appraisal and its conclusion that stage two and three of the Habitats Regulation Assessment, in this instance would not be required was acceptable and agreeable to Natural England.
