Once you have found a home that is affordable, you can apply for assistance with the rent-in-advance, tenancy deposit and moving costs, usually up to the equivalent of eight weeks rents.
From 5pm on Friday to 9am on Monday you cannot apply for discretionary housing or Ukrainian payments. My Account council tax and benefits forms will be offline.
