Procurement following a successful expression of interest
If the council accepts an expression on interest, it will then carry out a procurement exercise for the service. This will be in line with legal requirements. How long the procurement will take will depend on the size and scale of the service.

If your expression of interest has been successful, the council will let you know when the formal procurement exercise is likely to start.
