Electric bikes (e-bikes) are a great way to travel around the borough, offering a quick and environmentally friendly way to travel.
The bikes can be ridden across the entire borough and into neighbouring boroughs.

How to hire
Hiring an e-bike is quick and easy, before your first ride you must:
- Download the operator’s app.
- Register and verify your identity.
- Complete a short training in the app.

Lime
Lime e-bikes have a green and white frame colour.

Report a problem
If a dockless e-bike is blocking the pavement or if you have another complaint, you can report it directly to the bike operator.
You can do this through their mobile app, or by calling the freephone number below:
Lime

Forest

- App: Locate the 'Report a badly parked ebike' QR code on the phone holder or handlebar of the ebike. Scan the QR code using a smartphone. This will take you to a live chat whee you can submit your report and provide details about the incorrectly parked ebike.
There may be some e-bikes from other operators which end up in the borough. If you see any Voi e-bikes parked obstructively either on the footway or the road you can report these bikes via the reporting form on their website or via their email address of support@voi.com
