Local development frameworkThe Local development framework (LDF) is the council's emerging framework for spatial planning and property development in Ealing. It includes the statutory unitary development plan (UDP - plan for the environment - adopted in October 2004) including the proposals map and other documents, most of which have been produced in the context of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
