You can also call the council’s repairlink on 020 8825 5682 and choose option 2 to speak with our gas contractors.
The repairlink number is available 24 hours a day and automatically transfers to the emergency repairs service outside of normal working hours.
Heating emergencies are handled between 5pm and 11pm as a make-safe service, mainly during the winter.
