Before you start
You can use the portal if:
- you are a landlord
- your tenant gets Housing Benefit or Housing Payment (HP) and lives in Ealing borough
- the payment is made directly to you

You will need
- landlord account number (if known), this is your Ealing housing benefit landlord number
- bank account number, where your housing benefit payments go
- for private landlords: details of one tenant that you get housing benefit payments for
What happens next
After you fill in the online form, we will send you an email to let you know you can use the portal.
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your application.
