Families in Ealing borough who qualify for free school meals and have a child attending a school outside Ealing can apply for a food voucher.
Before you start
Complete this form if:
- you and your child live in Ealing borough
- your child is 5 years or older
- the child attends a school outside of Ealing borough
- you have not received free school meal vouchers for the same period and child from another council
You will need
Proof from the school showing:
- name of the child
- year group or date of birth of the child
- eligibility for free school meals

What happens next
If we approve your application, our supplier Blackhawk will email you a voucher.
If we need more information or you do not meet the criteria, the local welfare assistance team will contact you.
