Before you start
Complete this form if you are hosting Ukrainian refugees.
There will be a maximum of one monthly payment per address paid in arrears, regardless of the number of guests being hosted, and regardless of size or location of the property.
You will need
- name of your bank
- name on account
- sort code
- account number
Uploading supporting documents
You will be asked to upload proof of your bank details. This can be a copy (or a photograph) or your bank statement, bank card or welcome letter clearly showing your name, bank account number and sort code.
- Accepted file types: Word (docx), Acrobat (pdf), Excel (xlsx), Plain text (txt)
- Zip files cannot be uploaded
- We also accept photos taken on phones and tablets and the following image file types - jpeg, gif, png
- There is a maximum individual file size per document of 50MB
What happens next
The information you provide will be verified and payments into your bank account will be arranged on a regular monthly basis.
Payments will be backdated based on the arrival date of refugees.
