Castlebar Road/Carlton Road
We are developing a project to improve safety on Castlebar Road by Carlton Road and to make this area more pleasant for everyone.
Current proposals include reviewing the pedestrian crossing options on Castlebar Road and closing one arm of the ‘triangle’ where Castlebar Road meets Carlton Road. A review of the road layout by the Carlton Road Ancient Oak will also be undertaken.
