Mediation
If you are having trouble with neighbours or people in your community, mediation can help solve any problems.
Ealing Council works with Ealing Mediation Service (EMS), local charity.
EMS is free for residents, and they work independently from the council. Everything you talk about is private.
EMS has trained mediators who can help you find ways to improve the situation. They will:
- meet with each person separately (in person or online)
- bring everyone together to talk and find solutions
If your neighbour does not want to take part, you can still have a one-on-one session.
