Draft housing strategy for Ealing 2024 to 2029

Introduction
We want your views on our long-term strategic plans for all types of housing in Ealing.
The draft housing strategy 2024 to 2029 has been developed with the input from a wide range of partners, including housing associations, developers, community groups and other public sector organisations. The strategy sets out the council’s vision, priorities, and actions to meet the current and future housing need in the borough. The document outlines how we will meet the 4 key strategic priorities for housing in Ealing in the next 5 years:
- increasing the supply of genuinely affordable homes
- quality housing - homes that are safe, secure, and sustainable
- supporting people to live well in the community
- promoting resilience, inclusion and fighting inequality

Please review the draft strategy or the summary document and share your views with us by completing the short online survey. The consultation is open from 7 May to 30 July 2024.
We will also run events for residents and partners during this period to collect more views. More details will follow on this page.
What happens next
Your feedback is important to us and will be used to finalise the strategy for publication later this year.
